Securely holds and spins the full range of commercial sanding discs.

The plastic block is built with a 1” riser. #651005 universal aluminum clutch plate is factory installed.

A 3/8” thick sheet is bonded to the underside of the block to flex over high spots on the floor.  

 Includes mounting cup with bolt to hold mounted sanding discs.
